HOW AMY’S YOGA SESSIONS DIFFER FROM A TYPICAL YOGA STUDIO
You have the option of booking in-studio sessions or private in-home sessions. With my mobile services, I am able to bring yoga and wellness to you making it accessible to everyone. My flexible scheduling allows me to work around your unique schedule and busy lifestyle. Each yoga session can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes.
I offer individual sessions that provide you with my undivided attention. My one on one approach provides a personalized class that is tailored to your needs and abilities. This approach allows you to progress at your own pace. My sessions include hands on adjustments and thorough alignment instructions to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice.
In addition to the physical aspects of yoga, I focus on the spiritual aspects that come along with a moving meditation. Together we will practice mindfulness, discover the power of the present moment, and learn to look within. Each class ends with a guided meditation that assists in grounding and balancing.
