Doing Yoga with Amy was beautiful, coming from an African background I was never exposed to that activity. Amy brought to my attention the beauty and essence of yoga especially if you are trying to unblock feelings or emotions trapped inside of you. Amy’s Yoga sessions are fantastic! It’s a hard workout and at the same time is very meditative. I would highly recommend it.

Her Reiki sessions are also great!! It was so much more than I expected! She incorporates so many different things from prayer, positive affirmation, etc. into her sessions.
